Mimi will offer a 90 minute yoga practice that will celebrate animals with animal postures, like, of course Up-dog and Down-dog, but also Cat, Cow, Eagle, Rabbit and more! This practice will be offered online as well as in-person and will be “all-levels”.
Mimi is a master at presenting yoga postures progressively, with plenty of modifications and options, all while moving playfully, mindfully, with a sense of balance, strength, and serenity!

About Mimi
While not teaching yoga or cheffing Mimi is the VP of NicaLove.org. She has been working on the ground in Nicaragua for over 3 years to help run a shelter for 300 animals, assist with spay/neuter and wellness clinics, and help in the local schools with supplies, English Language classes and more.
